We are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated Childcare team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine passion for the safety and well‑being of children ages one to twelve.

Essential PurposeLead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.
Responsibilities- Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve.
- Supervise children’s activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with hiring and training of Kids Club staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child‑to‑staff ratios.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
- Work closely with the Assistant Kids Club Manager to align team goals and coordinate daily and weekly tasks.
- Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the club and gym, including regular walks and bathroom checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies, procedures, and updates.
- Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support front‑desk and gym operations when there are no children present.
- 1–2 years supervisory or managerial experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child‑development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic problem‑solving, and good time‑management and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Successful completion of a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and public.
- Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
- Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.
$16.70 – $17.70 USD
