Kids Club Manager

Join the EōS Fitness team as Kids Club Manager, overseeing child care services for ages one to twelve within our fitness facility.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 – $17.70 USD

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Kids Club facility to ensure safety for children aged 1‑12.
  • Supervise daily activities and enforce safety protocols.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff, including Assistant Managers and Associates.
  • Maintain staff shift coverage, monitor child‑to‑staff ratios, and manage reservations.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Kids Club Manager on team goals and daily operations.
  • Implement emergency procedures (evacuation, first aid) and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the club and gym areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents/guardians, addressing concerns professionally.
  • Support front‑desk and gym operations during quiet periods.
Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of supervisory/managerial experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Passion for nurturing a safe and engaging environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proficient in record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Alignment with EōS Fitness Core Values.
Requirements
  • Successful background check.
  • CPR certification, required within 30 days of hire.
  • Physical ability to lift >40 lb and bend repeatedly; operate in a gym setting.
  • Proficient in computer systems for documentation and data entry.
