What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team for outside direct sales
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and meet performance targets
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate and guide the sales team
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing mentoring and coaching in the field
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and procedural standards in operational initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • 2 years of experience in people management
  • Proven track record in telecommunications or technical sales (preferred)
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications/technical sales
  • Familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top sales talent
  • Experience in conducting presentations to large groups and one-on-one settings
  • Well-honed negotiation and closing skills
