Your Mission:

• Represent Autolomous in North America — serving as a trusted, credible and polished ambassador in high-level conversations with biotech leaders, CDMOs and partners.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery
  , owning the lifecycle of high-impact software initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Translate real-world CGT challenges — regulatory, operational and supply chain — into clear product requirements and actionable development priorities.
• Champion digitisation across the industry
  , articulating with clarity why integrated digital systems are fundamental to the future of advanced therapies.
• Bridge global teams — working seamlessly across Development, QA, Compliance and Marketing to ensure excellence in delivery across time zones.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training
  , inspiring confidence and driving adoption.
• Build enduring relationships through a consultative, thoughtful approach grounded in listening first and speaking with purpose.
• Mentor and guide others

Who you are:

• A deep, practical understanding of the CGT landscape — including manufacturing workflows, supply chain complexity and regulatory frameworks.
• A strong belief that digitization is a necessity, not a luxury , in scaling advanced therapies.
• The ability to listen deeply , understand nuanced client pain points and respond with insight and clarity.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-stakes projects with independence and accountability.
• Entrepreneurial resilience — comfortable operating with autonomy while building structure where needed.
