About

the Role

We are seeking a Contracts Analyst with experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts within either a Supply Chain/Procurement or Legal environment (paralegal or attorney background).

In this role, you will support Category Managers and Procurement teams by reviewing contract language, negotiating terms, identifying risk, and ensuring supplier agreements align with company standards and business objectives. This position plays a key role in helping the organization reduce legal and financial risk while maximizing contract value.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
  • Contract Length: 6- 12 months with possibility of extension
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Work Model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and redline commercial procurement contracts to ensure alignment with company standards and risk policies
  • Support Supply Chain and Procurement teams during contract development and negotiations with suppliers
  • Identify and address high‑risk contract terms, working with Procurement leadership and the Legal Department to mitigate risk
  • Develop and maintain procurement contract templates, including supplier agreements, service agreements, IT agreements, and NDAs
  • Ensure vendor and supplier agreements are accurately documented and compliant with company policies
  • Provide guidance and training to Category Managers and Procurement staff on contract processes, best practices, and risk mitigation
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with commercial contracts in a Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, or Paralegal environment
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating supplier or vendor agreements
Required

  • Experience reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts
  • Background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, or Paralegal environments
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, risk identification, and negotiation practices
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with Procurement teams and Legal partners
