IT Business Analyst
You will report directly to our Sr Director Legal Operations and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Contract Legal Ops Specialist, you will enhance the efficiency of our legal operations by managing agreements such as non-disclosure agreements or bailment agreements, and leading change management for Honeywell’s contract management application. You will evaluate and prioritize change requests, document approvals, and coordinate with IT to implement process improvements, serving as a key link between legal and technology teams during our digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee change management process for contract management application
- Lead projects involving optimization of procurement, sales, bailment, and NDA processes
- Test new functionality of Contract Lifecycle Management app prior to roll-out, including Artificial Intelligence
- Negotiate centralized agreements such as NDAs or Bailment agreements
- Five (5) years of experience in contract processes, change management, project management, or data management
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven legal operations and compliance management experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Capable of independent work and handling multiple priorities quickly.
- Experienced in enterprise change management, including system upgrades and integrations.
- Solid understanding of contract law and risk management.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
