Overview
Parker & Sons is currently seeking an HVAC Install Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our coordinators are responsible for scheduling, repair projects, installation and tracking of production.
Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service since 1974. Parker & Sons has been serving homeowners and businesses for over 50 years and is recognized nationally for being one of the most knowledgeable heating, cooling, plumbing, and air quality contractors in the industry. Serving Maricopa, Pinal, and Gila Counties, Parker & Sons continues after all these years to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and even won the BBB Torch Award For Ethics (Twice!).
ScheduleMonday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm in office.

- Responsible for providing the following reporting for the HVAC Sales department
- Daily sales performance tracking
- Monthly KPI report
- Monthly Sales Revenue Breakdown report
- Financing tracking report
- Impacted Install report
- Error/Compliance report
- Assist Salesmen with obtaining signatures on change orders
- Coordinate sales meetings and trainings under the direction of sales management
- Provide tracking for promotions, contests, monthly sales bonuses to payroll.
- Selling tech productivity tracking
- Lennox spiff claim submissions
- Any additional admin duties that support the sales department
- 2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Candidates must have attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Must possess a strength in multi-tasking
- Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus
