A Snapshot of the Plumbing Coordinator!

Our contracts team supports the daily office operations that in turn enhance the overall customer experience. Our contracts coordinators strive to learn the various aspects and disciplines of the company processes and to fulfill customers’ needs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona
!

A Typical Day as the Plumbing Contracts Coordinator includes:

  • Learning the HVAC and Plumbing Business
  • Prioritizing customer needs to ensure full satisfaction
  • Relaying detailed and accurate information to our technicians
  • Communicating and updating customers on their repairs and services
  • Keeping our customer records detailed, accurate and organized
  • Recording service calls
  • Reports to the Purchasing Manager

We’re looking for candidates with the following:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • 0-2 years of dispatch experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong team players but can also work independently
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Committed to Full Customer Satisfaction
  • Self-starters who are ambitious and driven to succeed in high-volume and low-volume work environments
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Plumbing/HVAC experience is a plus but not required
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Previous Coordinator or Call Center experience
