Partner Services & Fulfillment Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated, adaptable team member to support both Partner Services and Product Fulfillment/Warehouse operations
. This unique role blends relational communication with practical operations. Your day will include engaging directly with ministry partners—responding to questions, processing gifts, and supporting prayer needs—while also helping ensure that ministry resources and products are shipped accurately and efficiently. • Serve ministry partners by phone, email, and mail—responding to inquiries, processing donations, and updating accounts.
• Resolve partner concerns with care and accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and ship products with excellence and timeliness.
• Maintain organized inventory and support warehouse operations.
• Assist with mail processing and distribution.

Every phone call answered, every donation processed, and every package shipped supports the proclamation of the Gospel and the work of ministry worldwide. In this role, you will directly contribute to strengthening relationships with our partners and ensuring that ministry resources reach those who need them.
