  • Build deep relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and anchor customers
  • Serve as the senior Bold Reuse representative in the SW market
  • Lead and manage a 4-person team of Account Executives and SDRs, with plans to grow
  • Set clear expectations for activity, pipeline creation, deal strategy, and quota attainment
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1s
  • Coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new team members
  • Own national forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Partner with Operations to ensure deals are profitable, scalable, and executable
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound strategy, campaigns, and account-based selling
  • Build compelling proposals, ROI models, and customer presentations
  • Maintain strong command of pricing, unit economics, P&L, and contract structures

Process & Systems

  • Strong coaching and deal-strategy skills
  • Process-driven, data-oriented, deep in CRM and pipeline management
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
  • High accountability, ownership mindset, and bias toward action
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and the circular economy
  • Based in Phoenix (strong preference) or willing to relocate; travel required nationally
