North Star operates on the eXp Commercial platform, combining national infrastructure with boutique leadership, direct access to decision-makers, and meaningful economic participation.

We are opening one Founding Broker position in the Phoenix market.

This is not a traditional brokerage seat.

This is an opportunity for a serious commercial producer to earn more on every deal, participate in revenue generated by those they bring in, and help establish the foundation of North Star’s Phoenix platform.

North Star is entering Phoenix intentionally — not to build a large office quickly, but to establish a disciplined, producer-led presence anchored by one strong broker.

The Founding Broker will:

• Receive enhanced commission splits aligned with production
• Earn revenue share only on brokers they personally recruit
• Work directly with firm leadership
• Help shape early recruiting and market strategy

This is an early-entry expansion role designed for a broker thinking beyond transactions — toward platform, economics, and long-term growth.
