About the RoleWe're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our next phase of growth.
You’ll identify high-value opportunities, build strategic partnerships, expand into new markets, and close revenue-generating deals. This hunter role combines outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and full-cycle deal management, with a direct impact on top-line growth.
Responsibilities- Identify partnership opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success.
- Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the potential customers
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report key metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
