From grand openings to monthly programming, private events, brand activations, and milestone mixers, we manage every detail, from creative direction and strategy to staffing, vendor sourcing and coordination, and on-site execution.

We’re looking for a confident, professional, and engaging Pilates Instructor to lead wellness-based events across our property and brand partners.

Classes range from intimate mat sessions to large-scale rooftop and courtyard activations. Some properties host weekly programming, others operate on a monthly cadence.

Your leadership will shape the energy of the experience. You will guide residents and guests through a well-structured class while helping create an environment that feels elevated, welcoming, and thoughtfully executed.

• Lead mat-based Pilates classes for groups ranging from 10 to 60+ participants
• Adapt class flow based on space, attendance, and experience level
• Arrive early for setup and remain briefly after for community engagement
• Coordinate with DUO team leads regarding timing, layout, and run of show
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all experience levels
• Represent the DUO Events brand through professionalism, presence, and reliability

• Certified Pilates Instructor
• Experience leading group classes
• Comfortable teaching both small and large audiences
• Strong cueing, communication, and presence
• Weekday evening and weekend availability
• Reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor and solution-oriented mindset
