Senior Program Manager – (New Store Opening Automation) On-site (Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid 4 days a week on site) 6-month contract-to-hire Must be local to Phoenix | No sponsorship (US Citizen or Green Card required) About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, delivery-focused Senior Program Manager to lead the modernization of our New Store Opening process. We are scaling physical locations  current workflows are manual, fragmented, and too dependent on handoffs. Your mission:
Turn store openings into a streamlined, tech-enabled, repeatable engine. This is not a traditional PMO role. This is a hands‑on operator role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, B2C brick‑and‑mortem expansion environments.

• Lead the end-to-end modernization of the New Store Opening lifecycle
• Identify bottlenecks and aggressively eliminate manual workflows
• Integrate Real Estate, Legal, and Development data into a centralized “Single Source of Truth”
• Drive automation and application integration across tools such as Lucernex, Procore, LawVU, and related systems
• Deliver measurable reductions in cycle time from site approval to store opening
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes

We need someone who can build processes that support 10 openings… then 50… then 100 — without adding operational chaos.
