, you’ll play a critical leadership role in building, supporting, and coordinating the team that makes this possible.

Recruit, interview, and onboard compassionate caregivers. Build a dependable team that reflects our values and service standards.

Lead mentorship and caregiver development to ensure quality, professionalism, and accountability.

Manage caregiver schedules, handle coverage needs, and maintain continuity of care. Thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on skills and compatibility.

Support smooth client transitions. If licensed (RN/LPN), create customized care plans.

Serve as a trusted point of contact. Communicate proactively, resolve concerns, and ensure consistent service excellence.

Step in to assist with ADLs or companionship to maintain uninterrupted care delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience (any industry)

• Experience providing hands‑on senior care (professional or personal strongly preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

• Reliable insured transportation & valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass all background and registry checks

• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset

• Salary:
  Starting at $45,000 per year

Office‑Based in Phoenix, AZ (local travel to client homes as needed)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating on‑call (evenings/weekends for urgent coverage support)
