Key Responsibilities- Accountability for emerging business lines or new market opportunities, including strategy and P&L ownership
- Gather and synthesize market insights to inform strategic decisions and shape product direction
- Oversee cross-functional execution of initiatives and ensure alignment of priorities across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or related roles
- P&L ownership experience preferred
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and market research preferred
- Passion for health, wellness, and mission-driven work; experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
