About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with expanding the company's visibility, credibility, and influence within the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social impact ecosystem. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic business development, industry networking, thought leadership, and creative audience engagement. The Chief Impact Officer will be responsible for developing and executing a partnership strategy, identifying and cultivating high-impact strategic relationships, and serving as a public-facing representative and spokesperson for the company.
A deep understanding of enterprise CSR priorities, trends, and challenges is essential to inform product, partnership, and go-to-market strategies. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate social responsibility, ESG, sustainability, or social impact leadership within large enterprise companies. The role demands a candidate with a strong professional network, an established presence in the CSR and social impact ecosystem, and a proven track record in business development and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and possess strong public speaking and presentation skills. An entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for the mission, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are also key requirements. The Chief Impact Officer will be expected to bring a creative approach to audience engagement and partnership development, and to ensure that the company's impact story is authentic and aligned with enterprise expectations.
