The Territory Business Manager will oversee client relationships, drive sales growth, and manage operations to meet and exceed business goals. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing region‑specific plans, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising account managers. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with their needs. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phoenix, AZ.

• Sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
• Customer service and communication expertise to maintain high client satisfaction
• Operational and strategic planning capabilities to achieve sales and revenue growth
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
• Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to inform decision‑making
• Experience in the healthcare, textile, or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel locally as needed for client visits and business development
