PositionBusiness Development Manager – Global OEM Market
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation across industry sectors.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers to ensure satisfaction and support continued business growth.
- Project Management: Lead cross‑functional development projects with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize profitable agreements with purchasing and key decision‑makers.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track forecasts, and provide clear reports to support strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred).
- 10+ years of sales and business development experience in industrial automation, sensors, or precision technology targeting OEM clients.
- Proven success negotiating multi‑year contracts with large, global customers.
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Technical background in transducers, load cells, or sensors is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel at least 50%.
- Salary range: $90,000‑$125,000 annually.
