We are seeking a Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Coordinator to support global environmental compliance initiatives across multiple time-sensitive projects. This individual contributor role focuses on data management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and supplier outreach to ensure products meet global environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Cal Prop 65).

• Manage and analyze compliance data; maintain accuracy across multiple systems and reports
• Support PEC evidence submissions and collaborate with third-party compliance partners
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and meet deadlines
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain and review required PEC documentation
• Identify data gaps, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environments
