Schwab’s Digital Wealth & Advice Platforms team seeks a Senior Product Manager to develop and implement a new trading‑platform experience and integrations that support our digital advice platforms. The Product Manager will coordinate with cross‑functional business partners, including Agile Scrum teams, and oversee the implementation of a product roadmap that enhances Schwab’s advised and managed investing offerings.

On‑site work in one of the specified locations is required. You will manage the product lifecycle, think creatively, develop data‑driven recommendations, deliver results in a matrixed organization, and handle various situations with maturity and flexibility.

• Develop and implement Schwab’s trading and other portfolio capabilities, focusing on APIs in partnership with senior stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other Product Managers in Digital Wealth Platforms, technology leads, and architects.
• Build a product roadmap to articulate and drive priorities.
• Create a release plan in coordination with the Scrum team and other lines of business.
• Manage development efforts and technology Scrum teams: write user stories, refine the backlog, and work with other teams.
• Define test plans and acceptance criteria and oversee end‑to‑end testing.
• Provide timely and proactive production support to users.

• 7+ years of product management or product development experience.
• Strong background in trading or portfolio management within financial services.
• Experience implementing digital experiences using Agile development practices and leading multiple teams as Product Manager.

• Experience with Wealth Management.
• Knowledge of Schwab products, services, and support systems.
• Working knowledge of Aladdin Integration.
• Bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguous and overlapping priorities.
