Title
Bilingual Procurement Specialist

LocationOn‑site – Arizona
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Range$75,000–$80,000 DOE
Responsibilities- Support procurement activities for construction and engineering projects, including purchase order creation, tracking, and follow‑up.
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Communicate with vendors and internal project teams regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier files.
- Assist with sourcing new vendors and collecting and comparing quotes to support purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, operations, and accounting teams to align procurement needs with project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning as needed.
- Support basic contract documentation and ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures.
- Assist with resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, or invoice‑related questions.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support related to procurement and supply chain operations.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience (preferred; open to strong entry‑level candidates).
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, or project‑based environments is a plus.
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills, especially in a cross‑cultural environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP system experience is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
- Comfortable working fully on‑site during standard business hours.
