Bilingual Procurement Specialist

Type

Full‑Time | Direct Hire

Location

On‑site – Arizona

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Range

$75,000–$80,000 DOE

Responsibilities
  • Support procurement activities for construction and engineering projects, including purchase order creation, tracking, and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal project teams regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier files.
  • Assist with sourcing new vendors and collecting and comparing quotes to support purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, operations, and accounting teams to align procurement needs with project timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning as needed.
  • Support basic contract documentation and ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures.
  • Assist with resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, or invoice‑related questions.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support related to procurement and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience (preferred; open to strong entry‑level candidates).
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, or project‑based environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and follow‑up skills, especially in a cross‑cultural environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
  • Comfortable working fully on‑site during standard business hours.
