Position Summary

Project Engineers are responsible for providing support to all aspects of assigned projects. Key tasks include ensuring projects are initiated, planned, executed, and monitored with precision. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and your responsibilities will include maintaining project scopes, creating schedules, managing resources, mitigating risks, and reporting progress.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Review project proposals and plans, determining timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
  • Help manage project finances, contracts, payroll, expenses, and purchasing activities.
  • Assist project management activities, including scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and field support.
  • Promote company culture to create a positive work environment while adhering to the company values.
  • Promote a “safety first” workspace.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity apps and Bluebeam software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
  • Knowledge of industrial construction.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Committed to a minimum of 40‑hour work weeks.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum two years of industry experience as project coordinator or related electrical trade experience.
  • Dental and vision benefits.
