Job Description
Overview
Responsible for managing, deploying, and performing account managers in the Arizona, New Mexico, Las Vegas, and Utah areas. Provide clear expectations and directions to influence behavior, win business, and grow the careers of your team. Develop holistic growth strategies in collaboration with regional leaders, marketing, channel teams, and other stakeholders to drive incremental growth and deliver world‑class customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coach direct reports through scheduled 1:1s, territory visits, weekly team meetings, and more.
- Guide pipeline management using CRM and technology to interpret data for decision‑making.
- Champion consultative selling and drive adoption of repeatable processes.
- Lead change initiatives, inspire teams, and secure buy‑in for new processes.
- Balance and mitigate conflicts between customers, channels, and audiences while maintaining a strong company vision.
- Synthesize data to develop responsive market‑area plans and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and stakeholders to support the area and inform business decisions.
- Ensure alignment and focus within the team when priorities conflict, ensuring plans are integrated with broader business objectives.
- Provide clear, direct, performance feedback and create stretch assignments aligned with career aspirations.
- Manage key channel and trade relationships.
Leadership & Direction of Others
- Drive organizational changes and champion go‑to‑market strategies.
- Manage, develop, and coach a diverse sales team directly and indirectly.
- Deliver timely, actionable performance feedback based on behaviors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and/or 5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to coach geographically dispersed teams and manage pipelines using CRM.
- Experience in channel and/or audience sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general business practices, sales and marketing principles, and commercial/channel sales practices.
- Ability to train staff on selling, customer insight, product knowledge, and motivation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset to develop creative solutions and measurable objectives.
- Experience navigating business to build long‑term strategic focus.
- Commitment to building healthy team culture and fostering an “all together” mindset.
- Customer‑facing experience in sales, customer experience, and marketing.
- Excellent CRM, data analysis, pipeline management, and forecast planning.

Other Requirements
- Substantial nationwide travel required.
- Must reside within the area served.
- Reports to the Andersen Regional Leader.
- Account Managers (channel and audience) and matrixed THD and Inside Sales report to this leader.
Compensation
Pay range: $ – $. Pay is based on experience, education, geography, certifications, and other factors. Specific details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
