National Consultant - Innovative Wealth Solutions Leader

We are looking for an accomplished National Consultant to work directly with financial advisors, helping them elevate their practices and drive long-term growth. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, providing guidance on wealth management strategies, investment offerings, and client engagement tools.

Your work will directly impact advisor success while shaping the future of your assigned territory. This is a role where strong consultative sales skills, relationship-building, and business strategy all come together.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, serving as a trusted resource for growth and development.
  • Offer consultative advice on products, investment strategies, performance, and portfolio design to align with client needs.
  • Create and execute outreach programs to re-engage advisors who are not actively utilizing available resources.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the value and benefits of available solutions at advisor events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions to expand advisor adoption and ensure seamless integration of tools and services.
  • Travel up to 30% for client meetings, industry events, and regional initiatives.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in consultative sales, with at least 4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience engaging clients both over the phone and in person, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system for territory and pipeline management.
  • Ability to assess investment platforms and provide tailored solutions that deliver results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Active FINRA licenses:
    Series 6, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66 (required).
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $67,500 – $95,000, depending on experience, knowledge, and location.
  • Sales Incentive Plan:
    Annualized target of up to $95,000, tied directly to performance and measurable goals.
