Field Operations Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Operations Specialist. Key responsibilities include overseeing field operations, streamlining operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The Field Operations Specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficiency, address concerns, and support continuous improvement across day-to-day operations.

• Strong expertise in Field Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and performance analysis
• Proven ability in Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues effectively
• Proficiency in using business management tools and software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in automotive or related industries is an advantage
• Must be a road warrior! Up to 85% travel, including nights and weekends, and multi-state travel to support franchisee special events in multiple states
