Payroll Analyst

Vaco is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Tempe, Arizona!

• Career Growth and Development: Exposure to high volume payroll operations within a LARGE organization

• Process weekly payroll; research and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with payroll audits
• Manage payroll garnishments
• Update spreadsheets for funding and general ledger reporting
• Handle direct deposits, voids, and positive pay
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries

• 2+ years of full cycle, high volume and multistate payroll experience (Required)
• Experience with union payroll (Preferred)
• Proficiency in UKG and Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) (Required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Salary $75-80k
