OverviewUnder a minimal level of guidance, you provide customer service for multiple Paychex products, ensuring good customer relations and resolving claims and complaints fairly in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. You proactively educate and inform clients and initiate improvements based on client feedback. You possess in‑depth knowledge of at least one Paychex product, solve complex problems with a new perspective, and serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
WorkSchedule
Must be able to work West Coast hours (Mon‑Fri, 8‑5 or 9‑6 depending on time of year).
Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal/external partners to deliver quality service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients’ service experience.
- Maintain an advanced working knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
- Demonstrate advanced skill level with systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Serve as a mentor for less experienced teammates.
- Document all interactions and use the information to improve service.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred.
In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $22.00–$35.00 per hour. This range is the base pay only and does not include other components that may be part of your total rewards package.
