• Influence Strategy – Analyze financial, operational, and market data to help guide high-level business decisions.

• ✅ Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• ✅ Analyze financial and operational data to support cost-effective transportation and logistics strategies.
• ✅ Evaluate and establish KPIs and operational parameters that maximize fleet utilization and cost efficiency.
• ✅ Organize and synthesize data into meaningful insights that support informed decision making.
• ✅ Collaborate with departments across the business to align analytics with strategic goals.
• ✅ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• ✅ Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

• ✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• ✔ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-intensive role.
• ✔ Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and financial modeling tools.
• ✔ Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• ✔ Knowledge of SAP S4
  
  HANA tables is highly desired; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• ✔ Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
• ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• ✔ Must be able to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with four days onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona Corporate Office and one day with hybrid flexibility.
