• Evaluate compliance with federal program regulations and analyze deficiencies, recommending corrective actions
• Conduct analysis and evaluations of management organization, methods, and procedures, preparing detailed reports
• Prepare tables, charts, graphs, and perform calculations to summarize data for presentations
• Conduct organization and method studies, making recommendations for improvement based on research
• Collaborate with staff and representatives from other divisions to clarify information and resolve issues

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the administration of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Knowledge of federal statutes, laws, rules, and regulations governing public assistance programs
• Skills in conducting interviews and oral communication with management and staff
• Ability to write detailed reports and communicate findings effectively
• Must successfully pass background and reference checks

• Experience in operational analysis and evaluation techniques and methods
• Familiarity with eligibility requirements of Nutrition Assistance (NA)
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating case records and system information
