Who Are We Looking For?

The Platform Engagement Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring both newly onboarded and existing clients fully realize the value of the Vestwell platform. The role focuses on reviewing client adoption and engagement metrics to identify and remediate gaps in platform utilization—particularly opportunities to increase employee participation in workplace retirement savings plans—and then work with individual clients as well as roll out programmatic strategies to increase utilization.

This position requires a proactive, data‑driven problem solver who understands client engagement, operational strategy, and platform adoption tactics. You should be adept at identifying challenges and creating tailored solutions to achieve agreed‑upon KPIs. You need to be willing and able to analyze data as well as engage directly with our clients.

A person who would thrive in this role is a structured problem solver who can quickly get to the heart of an issue, is facile with a spreadsheet, and is scrappy, self‑starter, determined, logical, and analytical. You must have the interpersonal skills, tenacity, and common sense to be an agent of change, both internally and with our clients. In this role, you will be given agency to devise a strategy and approach for achieving your goals, requiring you to exercise good judgment and independently drive results.

Monitor and analyze client adoption of the Vestwell platform, with a focus on employee participation and contribution rates.
  • Opportunity Identification:

  • Data‑Driven Insights:
Track, analyze, and report key utilization metrics, creating dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Client Advisory:
Consult with clients on best practices for driving employee participation and optimizing plan configurations. Providing resources, toolkits, and offering enrollment meeting. Creating playbooks from learned practices to allow for scalability across our platform.

  • Client Profitability Remediation: Work through the sponsor revenue and expense model to validate loss leaders. Identify and present remediation steps to improve profitability including payroll or operational changes, fee increases or termination of the relationship.
