Who are we looking for?We’re excited to add a Director of Enterprise Relationship Management to support our strategic and enterprise partnerships. Ideal candidates are client-focused, detail-oriented, strong communicators, adept problem solvers, multitaskers, and confident self-starters.
What will you be doing?In this role you will support Sales in securing new partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring partner success and retention. You will manage relationship and program/project management from implementation through ongoing support.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities- Own success of strategic partnerships, from revenue and retention
- Follow up with enterprise partners to ensure compliance with contract commitments and promote Vestwell visibility
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to onboard partners and optimize implementation and partnership strategies
- Support timely delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives
- Drive program management, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage partner‑specific projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain Service Level Agreement compliance
- Drive business requirements, scope, and resource alignment for partner‑specific initiatives
- Own delivery of partner initiatives, ensuring objectives, risk mitigation, and outcomes are achieved
- 7+ years of client‑facing experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, Client Success, or related roles at a Financial Services SaaS company
- Self‑starter who requires minimal direction and has a “get it done” mindset
- Strong critical thinker, prioritizer, and problem solver
- Excellent project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to adapt quickly, and think strategically
- Proven success working with senior management internally and externally
- Strong industry knowledge of 401(k)
- Proficiency in Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace equivalents
- Experience in process improvement solution implementation
- Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet goals
The base salary range is $120 K–$135 K, plus performance‑based bonus and new‑hire equity. Benefits include competitive health coverage, generous vacation, hybrid office policy, and a robust 401(k) plan.
LocationBased in one of Vestwell’s offices (New York, Austin, King of Prussia, Phoenix) with a hybrid schedule.
