Key Responsibilities- Oversee procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS requirements
- Evaluate bids and proposals
- Identify and resolve subcontract issues
- Develop mutually acceptable solutions
- Government procurement/subcontracts administration experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance
- US Person due to contractual requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR
15) - Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
- Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Strong negotiation skills and processes
- Supply chain experience
- Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry
- Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
- Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)
- Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
- Ability to work independently
