Manager-in-Training (Early Career Leadership Track)
The MiT role at Chick-fil-A North Valley is designed for upcoming and recent college graduates who want real leadership responsibility, hands-on business experience, and a clear path for growth to begin their career. This role is a full-time, on-site position at either our Chick-fil-A Deer Valley location (3001 W. Agua Fria Fwy.) or Chick-fil-A Norterra location (2575 W. Jomax Rd.) in Phoenix, Arizona.

- Plan to graduate college in the next 6 months or have recently graduated in the last 6-12 months.
- Want mentorship, challenge, and real business experience early in your career.
- Take initiative and ownership without being asked.
- Are willing to get your hands dirty. Remember, this is a full-time 38-42 hr/week position in a restaurant environment.
- Lead and coach teams during high-volume shifts either in the kitchen or in hospitality
- Make real-time decisions to protect guest experience
- Develop team members through feedback and accountability
- Learn to manage operations, people, systems, and performance
This role is intentionally designed as a development track. Managers-in-Training who demonstrate strong leadership and ownership may grow into senior leadership roles within our organization over time (i.e. coordinator & director level roles).
Compensation and BenefitsThe MiT starting wage is between $21-$22/hour. MiTs are able to receive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance. 401k plans are available to eligible team members. Pay raises are also eligible to receive in tandem with promotions within our organization.
