Location: Phoenix, AZ

• Lead the pursuit of owner-direct mechanical construction projects

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, developers, architects, and consultants

• Collaborate with internal preconstruction and operations teams to shape solutions that align with client objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Represent the company at industry events, associations, and networking opportunities

• Proven track record in mechanical construction sales
