Compensation: $30 per hour
Job Type: Part Time, 20-25 hours weekly
Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all promised services for the assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a of safety within the organization. The Account Manager will track and assign client‑requested audits, inspections, policies, manuals, safety meetings, and safety trainings. It will also require some onsite services and travel. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential company risks, implementing safety measures, and continuously improving our safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts
- Ensure commitments and completes all services promised to clients in contracts.
- Maintain good client relationships through consistent communication and timely responses.
- Enter and maintain new contracts into management programs.
- In coordination with the ops manager, assign out contract tasks.
- Provide the client, sales, and the Operations Manager stewardship reports for each client communicating what has been completed.
- Work with clients to implement safety programs.
- Work with and support the service staff of Insure Compliance to keep company policy and provide quality work to the client.
- Provide expert consultation on safety‑related matters, including regulatory compliance, safety program development, and emergency preparedness.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Contract Completion:
Successful completion of assigned contracts. - Renewals:
Retention of assigned contracts renewing year to year. - Service Staff:
Ability to support and work with the service staff who are assigned work. - Client Satisfaction:
Assess client satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys, aiming for high levels of client approval and repeat business. - Documentation Accuracy:
Ensure all records and documentation are maintained accurately and up to date with minimal errors or omissions. - Service Time:
Ability to keep time working within billable and dedicated manager hours.
- Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
- Willingness to develop a detailed understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Willingness to develop a general understanding of insurance loss control and working with workers compensation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation for performing services.
