Reporting to the Deputy Administrator, the facilities project coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks regarding the facilities and general office management ies range from procurement, facilities maintenance (regular and emergency), vendor coordination, travel coordination for staff and trustees, Trustee related meeting facilitation, and support of executive team administrative needs, as well as supporting general staffing logistics.
Job DutiesStaff onboarding/exit assistance: phone directories, s, and seating chart updates. Prepares welcome email and resource binder.
