This is a full-time on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ for a Document Specialist. The Document Specialist will be responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing documents, including legal documents, to maintain accuracy and compliance. Daily responsibilities include organizing and processing documentation, maintaining databases, coordinating with team members, and ensuring adherence to established standards. Success in this role requires effective communication and the ability to handle sensitive information securely and efficiently.
Qualifications- Expertise in Document Preparation, Document Management, and Document Review
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in office software
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in a related field
