Transdev in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring an Accounting/Payroll Clerk. The Accounting/Payroll Clerk assists the General Manager in all aspects of the daily payroll functions. We are seeking customer service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Non-CBA PositionTransdev is proud to offer a competitive compensation package of minimum $21.00 – maximum $24.00.
Benefits- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Key Responsibilities- Process new employee files and records and submit them to the General Manager for approval; submit appropriate paperwork to the regional accounting office.
- Calculate & input driver & staff payroll into system for processing.
- Track attendance for part‑time employees.
- Responsible for fare reconciliation & deposits.
- Assist General Manager in accurately tracking overtime to reduce and eliminate unnecessary and/or additional punch hours.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer literacy: 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
