Central Phoenix | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

We are a well-established accounting firm in Central Phoenix seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and helping keep a professional office running smoothly. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Schedule:

No overtime required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors
  • Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Manage outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain the reception area and office kitchens
  • Process and log bank deposits
  • Maintain package pickup/delivery logs
  • Keep kitchens stocked, clean, and well‑maintained
  • Assist with basic printer and copier maintenance and stocking
  • Submit maintenance requests to the building’s property management
  • Support additional administrative tasks
