** Bring your administrative experience to Maricopa County. As a Development Service Technician, you will be on the front lines of helping customers.  This position will also perform a broad range of complex job assignments that may focus on administrative and operational functions.

*** Two years of administrative experience
* High school diploma or GED
* A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualification on a year-for-year basis
** We Also Value
*** Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
* Experience working as an administrative assistant
* Experience with government agencies
** Job Contributions
*** Assist Customers at the Planning and Development reception area or over the phone
* Provide administrative support to divisions by providing permit support, including extension and addressing reviews
* Provide online guidance for setting up accounts, uploading revised plans, and/or online payments within the Planning and Development Permitting System
* Gather Relevant information from customers and call down the appropriate on-call team members
* Provide administrative support to divisions by returning email/phone inquiries to customers
* Other duties as assigned
** Working Conditions
*** Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally or negligible weights frequently; sitting most of the time
* Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
