- Assist attorneys with document drafting, filing, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidential information handling.
- Coordinate calendar, appointments, and meetings to ensure tight timelines.
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, briefs, and status reports.
- Maintain and organize matter files, case codes, and document control systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track pipeline progress and deadlines.
- Prepare and manage intake of legal requests from clients and teams.
- Conduct factual research and compile information for case files and memos.
- Assist in contract administration and basic review under supervision.
- Prepare and process billing records, time entries, and expenses for projects.
- Support professional development by seeking learning opportunities and sharing best practices.
- Legal drafting support with document preparation and formatting.
- Data privacy compliance and confidential information handling standards.
- Calendar management and meeting coordination with tight timelines.
- Proofreading, editing, and formatting of briefs and memos.
- Matter file and document control system maintenance and organization.
