Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Associates with order entries and paperwork
  • Greets and directs visitors at the front desk and maintains the visitor log
  • Answers, screens, and forwards incoming calls to appropriate person
  • Collect payment by cash, check, or credit card and generate receipts for will call customers
  • Scan documents
  • Communicate with the Chopstick company regarding to price update, problem solution, logo design, etc. for chopstick logo.
  • Modify quantity for fresh fish orders in the system
  • Communicate with vendors regarding price updates
  • Create promotional flyers to promote Company products
  • Calculate costs and product pricing to determine profit margin
  • Assist with other sales related duties
  • Other duties as required by department manager
