- Coordinate executive schedules and manage calendars to optimize daily priorities.
- Maintain confidential files and manage information security practices for executive data.
- Support pipeline tracking and territory-based reporting to measure progress toward targets.
- Prepare and edit briefing documents, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings.
- Act as point of contact between executives and internal teams for project updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure timely decision-making.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and measurable results.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries with attention to cost and efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and supporting professional development activities.
- Monitor inbox and respond to routine inquiries with professional, data-driven updates.
- Support event planning and internal communications to boost visibility of objectives.
- Prepare and manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive actions.
- Maintain confidential files and information security practices.
- Advanced calendar management and prioritization for executives.
