Swoon's client in the Higher Education space is actively seeking a Portfolio Strategist to regularly work with academic departments across campus and figure out what their big picture goals are for 2026.

Contract Duration: 3 months w/potential FTE conversion

Schedule:

HYBRID, 3 days per week in office

Rate: $40 - $50/hr

• Sit with academic units to understand program goals and identify opportunities to align with the digital learning portfolio.
• Facilitate conversations around digital learning needs, map requirements, and coordinate internally to activate strategy.
• Act as a strategic liaison between faculty, academic leadership, and internal operational teams.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and maintain detailed records.
• Utilize systems such as Salesforce, People Soft, Workday, and Google Workspace to manage data, generate reports, and maintain compliance. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and organization of program and academic records.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of administrative or operations support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in higher education or an academic setting.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Jira or similar platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
