This is a full-time on-site Office Manager role, based in Phoenix, AZ. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office workflows, and maintain a productive working environment. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, supporting administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating office activities to optimize efficiency and communication.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with clients
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Experience handling Office Equipment and tools, including maintenance and troubleshooting
- Customer Service skills to provide professional and courteous support to clients
- Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred
