This person's duties are critical to the success of the office. This person will play an integral role with all departments of the company.
Some job duties include, but are not limited to:
- HR - We have a PEO, but this person will be responsible for answering benefit questions, being available for mediation or confidential concerns, along with other HR duties.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, coordinate lunches/events, and support visitors.
- Special event planning & coordination, coordinating teambuilding events.
- Onboarding for new hires, terminations, schedule drug screens.
- Assist with clerical duties.
- Tracking employee work anniversaries & birthdays.
- Manage employee certification files.
