Personal Assistant

Med 44 Arcadia is looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our team with day-to-day tasks both inside and outside of the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping keep things running smoothly.

The Person al Assistant will help with a variety of responsibilities including errands, organization, and light household support to ensure our team can stay focused on running the clinic and caring for patients.

• Running local errands (post office, store runs, supply pick-ups, etc.)
• Assisting with organization and storage runs for clinic and personal items
• Helping with dog care (walking, feeding, occasional pet-related errands)
• Light cleaning and organization tasks
• Assisting with general household and office support as needed
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient environment

• Highly reliable and trustworthy
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to help with a variety of tasks
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Part-time 20-25 Hours/ flexible hours + Pay Depending on Experience $18-$22 HR
• Located in Arcadia / Phoenix area
