About the Role: This role provides high-level business support to the CEO and leadership team, focusing on operational coordination, reporting, KPI tracking, and internal event execution. This is a strategic Executive Assistant position requiring strong business acumen.
Most Important- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a business-focused EA role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with sales data, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Experience coordinating internal meetings and company events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Business Operations & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and basic projections for executive review
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly performance metrics
- Track KPIs, action items, and follow-ups from leadership and sales meetings
- Create and format spreadsheets, presentations, and internal reporting materials
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting files
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Coordinate calendars and prepare materials for executive meetings
- Develop agendas, take meeting notes, and track deliverables
- Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure timely communication and execution
- Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute internal leadership meetings and sales events
- Manage logistics including scheduling, materials, vendor coordination, and room setup
- Track event budgets, timelines, and action items
- Ensure events align with business goals and are executed professionally
