** What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You will:*

** Front Desk Operations (40%)
** Greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, screen emails, and handle all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries-all while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment.

** Data Entry & Records (35%)
** Accurately input client/vendor information, audit digital records, scan and index physical documents, and update accounts with detailed notations to ensure top-notch data integrity.

** Administrative Support (15%)
** Schedule appointments and meeting rooms, review documents, and assist with the preparation of internal memos, invoices, and basic reports.

** Safety & Compliance (10%)
** Maintain visitor logs, support adherence to office security protocols, and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.

** High School diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree preferred.

** 1-2 years in a receptionist or data-intensive administrative position.

** Technical Proficiency:
** Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and experience with CRM or database systems.

** Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

** High accuracy in data entry under deadlines.
